Abu Dhabi: In his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi, President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued a resolution appointing His Excellency Kamal Ishaq Almaazmi as Undersecretary of the Department of Finance.
