Abu Dhabi: UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has received His Excellency Ambassador Mike Waltz, Permanent Representative of the United States to the United Nations.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the strategic ties between the UAE and the United States and explored ways to further strengthen cooperation across various sectors in support of mutual interests.
They also reviewed regional developments and their implications for regional and international security and stability, as well as their impact on global maritime security and the wider economy.
The meeting was attended by His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, and His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, along with a number of sheikhs, ministers and senior officials.
