Dubai: Remember to hydrate well as you go about your day, today. Expect dusty skies, gusty winds and slightly cooler temperatures across the UAE, as highs in the coastal areas are going to remain in the mid-30s.

If you’re driving in open areas, however, it is advised to exercise caution as visibility could reduce temporarily, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM). Winds reaching up to 40km/h will blow dust and sand in parts of the country.

Overall, the weather will be fair in general and dusty at times, with another decrease in temperatures across the country. However, conditions may still feel warm when you are outdoors, as humidity levels will be high. According to the NCM, the relative humidity set to rise to as high as 80 per cent in some coastal areas, leading to muggy conditions. But the southwesterly to northwesterly winds that will continue through the day may offer some relief.

Sea conditions will also remain rough to moderate in the Arabian Gulf, while the Sea of Oman will be moderate to rough at times.

Temperatures will begin to inch upwards from Tuesday, with fresh winds reaching up to 40km/h. Wednesday onwards, you can also expect more dusty conditions, especially in open and inland areas.
