UAE weekend weather: Dusty skies, rough seas and possible fog ahead
The National Centre of Meteorology expects steady temperatures across the UAE on Saturday and Sunday.

Dubai: Wishing for a slight decrease in temperature? You’ve got it this weekend. The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) expects the weather to be fair, in general, today with temperatures averaging low to mid-30s across the emirates.
The highest temperature is expected to be 36°C in Dubai and Sharjah, and 37°C in Abu Dhabi. Daytime conditions are still quite dusty in certain open and desert regions, with moderate winds kicking up dust and sand westward – so be careful while driving, as the NCM cautions there may be a reduction in horizontal visibility during the daytime on Saturday.
Sunday, however, will usher in partly cloudy skies, and humidity is expected to build up by nighttime. This means you might experience morning fog or mist on Monday morning in some internal and coastal areas. Drive carefully.
If you’re heading to the beach this weekend, be careful of rough sea conditions on Sunday morning. Light to moderate northwesterly to southwesterly winds, with a speed range of 10 – 25km/hr, may reach 40km/hr in the daytime. The NCM forecast the sea to be rough on the western coast.
