Enjoy cooler weather in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah’s mountains, where the mercury will dip to the mid-30s.

Dubai: The coolest place to be, this weekend? Up in the mountains.
If you’re heading outdoors this weekend, top up your sunscreen. You can expect fair weather across the UAE, with sunny skies and warm temperatures.
According to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), the mercury is forecast to reach between 36°C and 43°C in coastal areas and islands today, while inland areas could see highs of 44°C to 49°C. In major cities, like Dubai and Abu Dhabi, temperatures will remain steady in the early-40s.
If you’re planning a trip into mountainous regions of the UAE, however, you can expect it to be relatively cooler there, with temperatures averaging mid-30s.
Humidity levels are expected to rise during the night and into Sunday morning over some coastal and internal areas, with a slight chance of mist formation in the early hours.
There will be a slight dip in temperatures on Sunday, and the NCM forecasts hazy conditions during certain parts of the day. Light to moderate southwesterly to northwesterly winds will continue over the weekend, occasionally strengthening and causing blowing dust in some exposed areas.
For those planning activities along the coast, both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman are expected to be light to moderate, offering ideal conditions for beachgoers and maritime enthusiasts.
