Dubai: Workers and other members of the UAE community can report labour violations and non-compliant practices at establishments through the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation’s (MOHRE) Community Reporting Service.

Highlighting the service on its social media channels, MOHRE said it enables community members to report violations and practices that do not comply with regulations, helping strengthen oversight and compliance across the labour market.

The service covers 11 types of reports, ranging from labour rights violations to Emiratisation and workplace health and safety breaches.

What can you report?

According to MOHRE, the Community Reporting Service can be used to report:

  • Fake Emiratisation
  • Forced labour and human trafficking
  • Non-compliance with Emiratisation requirements
  • Sexual harassment
  • Failure to pay end-of-service benefits
  • Requiring employees to work more than two hours of overtime
  • Violations of the Occupational Heat Stress Prevention Policy
  • Non-compliance with labour accommodation standards
  • Presence of an illegal worker
  • Violations of occupational health and safety requirements
  • Failure to grant annual leave, provide leave encashment, or carry forward leave balances

How to submit a report

MOHRE said community members can access the service through three channels: the Ministry’s call centre on 600590000, the MOHRE UAE app, or the Ministry's website.

The service is designed to allow members of the public to flag suspected violations at establishments, providing an additional channel for identifying non-compliant labour practices.
