Britney Spears has finally agreed to pay a settlement in her seemingly never-ending lawsuit with Brand Sense Partners.

BSP claimed to connect Britney Spears with Elizabeth Arden back when Spears' "Radiance" perfume was released.

In exchange for putting the two together, BSP was supposed to receive 35% of Britney's profits.

However, according to Brand Sense, Spears and her father then struck a new deal directly with Elizabeth Arden, cutting out BSP completely.

The exact sum that Spears will pay to Brand Sense Partners has not yet been revealed, but it's sure to be large.

Brad Sense is set to recover years of commissions in addition to a lump sum.
