A video has surfaced of a window washer in Manhattan casually doing his job 10 stories up without a harness. The video, recorded from a nearby building, shows the unnamed window washer 100 feet off the ground. He cleans three windows and then coolly climbs back inside the building. What was this guy thinking??? Whoa..
