Delhi helmet law takes deadly toll on women

[video]INDIA, New Delhi: In New Delhi, there's a growing campaign to change a law which makes wearing a crash helmet on a two-wheeler optional for women. Campaigners argue that in a country where someone dies on the road every four minutes crash helmets should be compulsory for everyone.
