Gang-rape: India struggles to act

April 8 marks 100 days since the death of a student who was gang-raped on a Delhi bus, an incident that prompted widespread public anger and forced parliament to toughen sex offence laws. But cases of rape and violence against women remain high and women in the city continue to feel unsafe.
