Man seen on 'live' TV stealing flowers for girlfriend

A man identified as Andrzej Czapka, 30, walked up to a flower shop and stole a bunch of roses. To his bad luck, a television crew was broadcasting live from outside the florist, and he was caught red-handed when his action was seen on camera.
