School boy killed in brawl

A Saudi school boy was seen on camera falling dead during a brawl in which several students used sticks against each other.

A YouTube video published by Sada newspaper showed the students hitting each other with sticks on a key road in the capital Riyadh before one of them fell near a car.

The paper said the fighting just outside the school was stopped by passers-by who called the police, adding that some of those involved in the scuffle were arrested.

“The boy who fell near the car died after he received several blows with the stick on his head,” the paper said without mentioning what caused the fight.
