Norway gunman makes court appearance

NORWAY, OSLO: Right-wing extremist Anders Behring Breivik, who carried out the deadly attacks in Norway in July, tried in vain to make a show of his first public court appearance Monday but was stopped from talking to the families of his 77 victims. The Oslo district court ruled Behring Breivik would remain in custody until February 6, when a new custody extension hearing will be held.
