Pregnant Kate makes public appearance

The Duchess of Cambridge, who is expected to give birth to her and Prince William's first child in July, visited an addiction charity in London on Tuesday - making no reference to being described as a "shop window mannequin" with a "plastic smile" by British novelist Hilary Mantel.
