Snow-relief for the Alps, misery continues for Pyrenees

FRANCE, Gourette: French ski operators in the Alps are breathing a sigh of relief after recent snowfall turned the mountains white. The tourist industry in the Pyrenees though is still suffering from unseasonably warm weather that has left their hillsides bare.
