Texas shooting caught on camera

[video]UNITED STATES, College Station: Chilling video shows the moments right after the Monday shooting in Texas in which a policeman and another man were killed. The cell phone video was recorded by Rigo Cisneros, a former Army medic who lives in the street. The suspect was taken into custody where he later died.
