[video]UNITED STATES, Bronx: The fate of a New York maid's lawsuit alleging sexual assault by Dominique Strauss-Kahn is in the hands of a US judge, who must weigh whether the former International Monetary Fund chief had diplomatic immunity at the time of the alleged attack last year. Judge Douglas McKeon heard arguments at a hearing in the Bronx Wednesday on whether the civil suit - in which hotel maid Nafissatou Diallo is seeking undisclosed financial damages - will proceed.
