FRANCE, Toulouse: The French city of Toulouse is holding a minute's silence this afternoon to commemorate the 10th anniversary of one of the country's worst industrial accidents of modern times. On 21 September 2001, unstable chemical compounds in the AZF fertilizer factory caused a huge explosion which left 31 dead and more than 8,000 injured. Victims like Michel Lasserre still haven't got over what happened that day.
