£250,000 McLaren super-car smashed

A modest Saab and £250,000 McLaren supercar met on the road. Not a friendly meeting as these pictures will testify, but a crash that left one insurance company with a hefty bill.

The McLaren 650S, is capable of more than 200mph, and the crash reportedly happened on Eaton Square, London. Not only was the British supercar brand new, it was also registered in Monaco.

It is believed to have been turning right at traffic lights when it was hit by the Saab.
