Hyena caught on camera on Jeddah street

A hyena was caught on camera scavenging for food in a neighborhood in the Western Saudi Red Sea town of Jeddah, two days after three leopards were seen wandering at night on a street in the nearby town of Taif.

A brief film showed the hyena was sniffing for food just outside the door of a house in Jeddah but it was not clear where it had come from.

Sabq newspaper which published the film said a Saudi man was driving in that area used his mobile phone to film the predator.
