Japanese PM fell over on golf course with Trump who never noticed

Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Trump got together at Kasumigaseki Country Club on the first day of Donald's Asia tour.

The 63-year-old fell head over heels into the sand but was swiftly back on his feet.
