Man steals rice bags...

A man was caught on camera stealing seven bags of rice just metres from workers who were offloading the shipment at a restaurant in the Gulf Kingdom.

A 26-second YouTube film published in 'Sabq' Arabic language newspaper showed the man stopped his car next to the truck, got out and glanced quickly at the workers before he started loading the bags into his vehicle.

'Sabq' said the workers did not notice the man nor was he aware of the security cameras at the restaurant in the capital Riyadh. It added that the incident occurred on Thursday.
