Saudi Prince gives child his pen

A Saudi prince gave a little girl his pen and some money after he was impressed by her performance during a prize-distribution function in the Gulf Kingdom.

The girl, identified as Yusra, recited a poem in praise of Prince Fahd bin Sultan of Tabuk before presenting the winners in a scientific contest sponsored by the royal figure.

“Impressed by her poem and brightness, the Prince gave the girl his pen and a sum of money,” Arar newspaper said in a report from the northwestern Tabuk town.
