Scorpion freezes at hearing Quran verses

A  Gulf man chasing a scorpion in the sand was shocked to find the insect stop just as he started to recite verses from the Quran.

A YouTube film showed the scorpion crawling fast to escape before it suddenly stopped and froze in its place. The man in the background later killed it.

Kuwaiti daily ‘Alanba’ published the film but did not say in which Gulf country it was shot.
