Dubai retailer to unveil Dh50,000 PS4 and Xbox One consoles made of gold

One of Dubai’s largest electronics retailers is set to premier the world’s first Xbox and PS4 consoles made of gold at Games14, the biggest video game convention in the Middle East.

Offering a unique proposition to the gamers who have everything, Jumbo Electronics said in a statement that it will also showcase a host of consoles, PC gaming products and offers at the convention.

The retailer noted that the special consoles featuring a rose gold case created by renowned Italian jeweller Gatti will be available for sale at the gaming show.

The consoles will retail at $13,699 or Dh49,999.

Starting tomorrow and running until September 13, Games14 brings together gaming industry leaders such as Microsoft Xbox and Sony PlayStation, along with retailers in the UAE, to offer enthusiasts the opportunity to experience and learn more about the most anticipated games in the world.
