Al Khayyat’s Client Concept opens service centre in Dubai

Client Concept, part of Al Khayyat Investments and the commercial representative for SEB Groupe, the France-based manufacturer of small household equipment, has opened a new world-class service center in Dubai to handle technical support and after sale service for purchasers of Rowenta, Krups, Tefal and Moulinex products.

“We are pleased to announce the opening of this new service center that will help us to pursue highest standards of customer service and to better respond to our consumers,” said Frederic Fleureau, Operation Manager of Client Concept.

The new centre emphasizes our commitment to provide our customers with a very reliable and convenient service.”

The Client Concept service center will offer repairing facility for four well-known brands, Rowenta, Krups, Tefal and Moulinex, for their products of food preparation, electric cooking appliances, home cleaning, baby care devices, personal care products, floor care products, coffee preparations products and cookware and kitchen ware products.

Rowenta creates home appliances with a streamlined design that convey a sense of well-being. Beauty and intelligence are integral to each and every appliance including steam irons, steam generators, vacuum cleaners, hair dryers, hair styling or beauty appliances.

Krups Company produces a large variety of household appliances, while Tefal, the non-stick cookware inventor, is a world leader not only in cookware but also in small domestic equipment including steamers, toasters, deep fryers, steam irons and pressure cookers.

Moulinex is a French manufacturer of small household appliances providing quick and easy solutions in home kitchen appliances - food processors, hand mixers, blenders, breadmakers, fryers - steam irons, vacuum cleaners and other small household appliances and services.
