The Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) has announced that it has posted on its website (www.sca.ae) draft regulations on mutual funds and investment management to enable all concerned parties - institutions and individuals - including researchers to have a first-hand information about the draft regulations, which is in Arabic and English.
As part of its strategy in communicating with its partners on the securities markets, the SCA invites all concerned parties to express their observations concerning the regulations by posting their suggestions in this regard through the following address: investment.fund@sca.ae .
Deadline for receiving suggestions is one month from the date of publishing this report.
