The Taj Palace Hotel Dubai has received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for 2013, awarded to only the top-performing 10 per cent of businesses on the travel website – those that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews.
According to a media statement issued by the hotel today, this is the third time the Deira-based hotel has received the accolade.
Ahmed Badawy, Owner’s Representative and Director of Finance, said that the hotel maintained an overall review rating of four or higher during the past year, out of a possible five, reflecting the ongoing upgrade of hotel facilities and the commitment of the staff team to providing professional standards and service.
“It is the third time for us to win this prestigious award. We are truly grateful to our guests for these amazing reviews. All our restaurants, rooms and public areas are undergoing refurbishment, and we expect our customers will be even more delighted with our facilities in the coming year,” he said.
Feedback from guest comments on TripAdvisor underlined the convenience of the hotel location in Deira, large room size, courteous and helpful staff, and value for money, the media statement added.
“With social networking becoming increasingly important in 21st century travel, word-of-mouth recommendations such as these are invaluable and we are pleased to maintain our Certificate of Excellence again this year,” Badawy added.
The Taj Palace Hotel Dubai is located in the heart of Deira and in close proximity to the airport as well as business and leisure landmarks.
