Adnoc Distribution has announced reduced prices for the refilling of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders of 25 lbs capacity at its service stations in the Northern Emirates including Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

Effective from December 12, 2014, Adnoc Distribution has brought down the price to Dh31 per 25lb cylinder from its previous marked retail price of Dh33.

“The price reduction is in line with the lower prices of global gas production,” said Khalid Hadi, Vice-President of Marketing and Corporate Communications, Adnoc Distribution.

“Adnoc Distribution is seeking to develop its services and capacities in line with the growing demand for LPG cylinders, and aims to make life more convenient for our customers by passing on the reduced prices according to the directives of our wise leadership in the UAE,” he said.

The company currently provides more than 3,000 subsidised 25 lb gas cylinders daily at its service stations in Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
