Tips from flydubai for the Busy Eid Al Adha Travel Period

As Eid Al Adha approaches, flydubai, the Dubai-based carrier, anticipates a busier-than-usual airport. To help passengers traveling from Dubai International (DXB) navigate this busy period, flydubai offers the following travel tips:

  1. Update Contact Details: Ensure your contact details are up to date. You can do this in the "Manage Booking" section of flydubai.com.

  2. Online Check-In: Check-in online between 48 hours and 75 minutes before your flight's departure from Dubai.

  3. Baggage Allowance: Check your booking for baggage allowances. More information on baggage can be found on the flydubai website.

  4. Arrive Early: Arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before your flight departs. Note that check-in closes 60 minutes before departure.

  5. Self-Service Kiosks: Save time at the airport by using the new self-service kiosks in Terminal 2. Here, you can print your baggage tag and complete check-in (if not done online) up to 75 minutes before your flight. Then, proceed directly to the dedicated bag drop desk.

  6. Flight Information: Regularly check the flight information screens for your terminal and departure gate. Ensure you arrive at the gate with ample time to board. Note that the journey to the aircraft will be by bus.
