4 forge lease contract to submit documents to DNRD

Four Philippines nationals were sentenced to three-month jail after they were found guilty of forging a lease contract to assist two of them to submit documents to the Department of Naturalisation and Residency Dubai (DNRD).

MR, 35, and her husband SB, 41, had asked their friend EH to supply them with a lease contract in their names against Dh2,300.

EH managed to forge a contract with the help of BK.

The DNRD employee suspected the lease and approached Land Department to verify records. But he found that the contract was forged.

However, the couple denied knowledge that the lease contract was forged.
