Accidents kill Emirati boy, 2 brothers

Two brothers, 22- and 25-year-old of GCC nationality died on Sunday evening, after their vehicle collided with a truck on the Al Madam-Dubai road.

The bodies of the two brothers were transferred to Al Dhaid hospital in Sharjah

An official source at Al Dhaid hospital told ‘Emarat Al Youm’ that one of the two brothers was dead at the time he was brought to the hospital due to trauma in his head.

The second brother was seriously injured due to severe bleeding in the brain and was admitted to intensive care, but he died later.

In another incident, three persons of Gulf nationalities were injured after their car flipped over in the Al Madam area of Sharjah.

The three persons admitted to Al Dhaid hospital for treatment.

13-year-old run over

In Ajman, a 13-year-old Emarati boy, identified as SAH, died, after he was run over by a vehicle driven by a European man, ‘Al Ittihad’ reported.

The child was riding a bike in the Al Zawra’a area of Ajman when a European driver crossed the road without paying attention to the child, which led to the accident.

Meanwhile, Brigadier Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, Ajman Police Commander, said that police patrols moved to the site of the accident after being informed of the incident and found that the accident was caused due to the European driver not paying attention when driving and crossing the road.
