Drinking session ends in death of worker

A drinking session of three workers in a room ended in the death of one of them in Dubai.

OC, a 23-year-old Indian national, has been referred to Dubai Prosecution for assaulting TKE who died.

RS, a guard who is a witness, said the three workers began abusing each other after the alcohol went to their head. He asked them to stop fighting but they did not.

During the fight, the victim fell on the ground and he was kicked on the head twice by the accused. Blood started to flow from his face.

The guard then called the police and ambulance. The victim was taken to hospital but he died on the way.
