PMB, a 56-year-old Dubai police sergeant, is on trial for divulging professional secrets.
Dubai Public Prosecution has also accused four others of revealing work secrets. They are PVC, 49, Iranian businessman, OJA, 43, Iranian businessman, CD, 31, Filipino, and PM, 31, Syrian salesman.
The main accused is employed at Muraqabat police station.
The police sergeant admitted he had a relationship of friendship with the second defendant.
