Student forgets drugs in pocket...

An Arab university engineering student caught with a piece of hashish on his return from home to the UAE told police he had used it abroad and forgot it in his pocket.

The unnamed man, who is studying engineering at a private university in the UAE, was arrested at Abu Dhabi airport after customs found a small piece of hashish in his pocket on his return from his home country.

“He told police that he had taken drugs in his home country and that he forgot this piece in his pocket,” 'Emarat Al Youm' daily said, adding that he would be sentenced on Oct 18.
