A court in Ras Al Khaimah ordered three Arab women to pay Dh500 each for swearing at each other during an argument although they are relatives.
Police had referred the three to court after two of them reported that the third women, who is the wife of the brother of one woman, swore and offended them.
After listening to witnesses, the court found that all of them were involved in shouting and swearing at each other.
“The court found the three guilty and fined them Dh500 each on charges of swearing at each others,” the Arabic language daily Alkhaleej said.
