An Arab bank employee in Ras Al Khaimah shouted and swore at a client, telling him to mind his business when that man asked him to abide by queue rules. The employee could now wish he would have kept his mouth shut.

A court in the northern city fined the unnamed employee Dh1,000 on charges of “swearing and offending” a client in front of other people.

The client, also Arab, had reported the employee to court, saying he lunged back at him just because he asked him to stick to turns in the queue and stop serving acquaintances who were not in the line.
