Visitor used another's passport to enter UAE

AZ, 29, a visitor from Tajikistan allegedly used a genuine passport of another person to enter the UAE but was caught at the airport while trying to leave the country on the same passport, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.

Criminal Evidences reported that the passport is genuine including the entry and exit stamps on it.

But  pictures on the passport and on the residency stamp were not those of the passenger AZ. AZ admitted to using someone else’s passport.

The Dubai Prosecution asked the Court to give a stiff penalty against the accused.

The Court will reconvene on January 23.
