A 24-year-old Moroccan man got drunk and sneaked into a house in the North African Arab country, jolted a 90-year-old woman out of bed and raped her.
The woman tried to resist the attempt as the lay on her, stripped and raped her after blocking her mouth with his hand so she would not scream.
Police arrested the man after the woman’s daughter reported the night incident at the house in the western Moroccan town of Sidi Bennour.
“The man confessed to his crime…he told police that he was drunk when he attacked the woman and that he fled after he heard one of the woman’s relative came into the house,” the Moroccan daily Alakhbar said.
