Child brutally assaulted at orphanage

A six-year-old orphaned Saudi boy was raped at an orphanage by one of the workers and police said they were investigating the case before making any arrests.

Doctors treating the boy for a cyst at the bottom of his back discovered by accident that the boy had been raped at the orphanage in the southern Saudi province of Aseer.

“The doctor called the police and told them the boy had been raped and that he gave him the name of the worker who did this to him,” Sabq newspaper said.

It said doctors decided to carry out more tests on the boy before submitting their final report on the rape to the police.
