Driver tortures dog by dragging it at high speed

A Saudi driver tied a dog to his pick-up vehicle and cruelly dragged it for a long distance at a high speed on a road in the Gulf kingdom. A brief YouTube film published by the Saudi Arabic language daily Sabq showed the dog struggle to get up and run but kept fall on its body because of the high speed. Sabq said many viewers of the film slammed the driver, who was seen wearing the traditional Saudi head cover, and called on authorities to track him down.
