Briton beats to death man who filmed daughter in iPad

A British man has been arrested in Spain for allegedly killing a German man – a suspected paedophile - whom he caught filming his minor daughter.

Kainth Davinder, 40, was having a meal at a restaurant with his three kids and girlfriend, when he saw the victim film his daughter, reported DailyMail.

The 43-year-old German was recently arrested with child abuse films. And a few days earlier he had posted a picture of himself with a child, tweeting, “Just finished a day with the most beautiful girl…hope one day I will have one my own’.”

However, it is not yet clear if the British man was aware of this.

Davinder allegedly asked the victim several times to stop filming his daughter, and then he just grabbed the iPad and threw it on the ground and began punching him on his face and head.

Apparently there was no weapon used.  He fell unconscious and the waitress informed cops. The victim was rushed to hospital, but he succumbed soon.

Meanwhile, Davinder walked away. He was later identified and arrested.

Investigations are on to determine the cause of the death, while British Foreign Office spokeswoman said they are “ready to provide consular assistance if requested”.

Davinder – keen boxer -  is reportedly a millionaire who owns large houses, golf courses and expensive vehicles.
