According to the shocking report in the Mirror, the woman, identified as Samantha Miller, revealed that she was also left with a brain damaged baby after the boyfriend, Sean Johnstone, punched her in the stomach while she was pregnant.
The dad-of-five Johnston has been jailed for 17-and-a-half years after being found guilty on all 27 counts which included rape and possessing hundreds of images of child sex abuse images.
Miss Miller, a former care worker, began her relationship with Johnstone in 2006.
She escaped the week before Christmas in 2008, grabbing her six-month-old daughter, her changing bag and managed to catch a bus.
