Newspaper hacked after attack on Saudi scholars

A mass-circulation Iraqi newspaper was hacked on Monday after it published a report attacking Saudi Arabia’s Islamic scholars.

A message appeared on the website of the Arabic language daily ‘Al Nahar’ saying:”Hacked by Saudi Lord,” before the site went off most of the day.

The unknown hacker said in the message: “It is just a warning this time. Next time I will take you back to the Stone Age if you insult our scholars again.”
