Woman tried to smuggle heroin strapped to her body

Woman, 47, was stopped by US Customs and Border Protection agents.

The heroin, worth more than $45,000, was strapped to her body.

Authorities said the woman was attempting to cross the border from Mexico.

Two women and a man were also arrested for trying to smuggle drugs into US.
