Dubai-based property developer Deyaar Development on Monday announced the handover of ‘The Burlington’ - a 1,365,305 million sq. ft. commercial tower located within the most prestigious and sought-after business community in Dubai, Business Bay – in September 2013.
The tower is situated adjacent to Sheikh Zayed Road and the Business Bay Metro Station.
Featuring 476 commercial units ranging from 530 sq. ft. to 2,019 sq. ft., the 35-storey tower was sold out within hours of its launch. The project includes a 4,300 sq. ft. lobby, as well as a shopping arcade spread across 19,750 sq. ft, and a 3,230 sq. ft. gym and sporting facility.

Deyaar handed over two developments in 2012 - 51@Business Bay, a commercial tower with 164 commercial units, and the Oakwood Residency Tower at the International Media Production Zone (IMPZ).
