VTB Capital gets licence to operate in DIFC

DUBAI VTB Capital, investment business of Russia's VTB Group, has received a licence from the Dubai Financial Services Authority to operate in Dubai International Financial Centre. The office will provide a wide range of investment banking services including arranging and advising on securities, derivatives and a broad set of other financial products.
