Microsoft-ITG partnership to launch EduWave Live

Microsoft and Jordan-based Integrated Technology Group (ITG) have entered into a strategic partnership to launch EduWave Live, an e-learning and educational management solution.

EduWave Live is launched in the Middle East with the aim of providing the educational sector in the UAE and across the region with an advanced software platform, which will help enhance the management of the region's schools and universities, and facilitate country-wide collaboration between teachers, students and administrators, said a statement.

EduWave Live is a comprehensive e-learning and educational management solution, which will enable schools and universities in the UAE to further benefit from investments in technology, said the statement.

EduWave Live is ITG's comprehensive e-learning and educational management solution that is built on the latest collaborative Microsoft technologies including Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 as well as Microsoft Windows Platform.

Microsoft and ITG, a Jordanian partner, have designed, developed and will market EduWave Live, a multilingual, comprehensive e-learning platform, which caters to the sector from kindergarten up to Grade 12, including students, teachers, parents and administrators.

Dr Tayseer Al Noaimi, Minister of Education of Jordan was present at the launch of EduWave Live.
