Continental, Schaeffler explore integration

FRANKFURT German automotive supplier Continental and car part maker Schaeffler Group are exploring integration. The integration could involve Continental taking over the Schaeffler group, reversing efforts last year by the Schaeffler group to take over the larger Continental company.
