Customer satisfaction rises, says DTC
The Dubai Taxi Corporation (DTC) at the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced an increase in customer satisfaction with its services and measures to improve employee satisfaction.
Ahmed Mohammed Al Hammadi, Director of the Resources and Support Department at DTC, said: "Customer satisfaction rating is significantly on the rise, thanks to a host of procedures introduced by DTC, which include opening call centres to interact with customers and settling their complaints within two days."
He said employee satisfaction remained at its current level of 75 per cent and several measures were being taken to upgrade it in the near future, such as awarding the Distinguished Employee Award every month.
